At Rutlands Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and woodworking purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
